HOA Dues

HOA dues are an important and mandatory part of our community.

They help to maintain amenities, as well as improve the community as a whole. Dues are an annual bill, falling on April 1st, and are dependent on your property type.

Lakeside Properties: $79.06          Non-Lakeside Properties: $69.06

This year, we are asking for a special assessment to be added. These funds will be used for the immediate purchase and installment of new playground equipment at Remington Park.  This project is the first of several.
