HOA Dues
HOA dues are an important and mandatory part of our community.
They help to maintain amenities, as well as improve the community as a whole. Dues are an annual bill, falling on April 1st, and are dependent on your property type.
Lakeside Properties: $79.06 Non-Lakeside Properties: $69.06
This year, we are asking for a special assessment to be added. These funds will be used for the immediate purchase and installment of new playground equipment at Remington Park. This project is the first of several. The end goal is to have an improved, usable park for the residents of Remington. Click the link below to review.
