This allows homeowner's to bypass phone systems for faster service when submitting requests. This site allows you to submit Code Violations, Work Orders for trash bins, and more. Once the order is processed, you will receive a work order number by e-mail.

Garbage collection day: Tuesdays

Recycle (Blue Bin) Pick-up: Every other Tuesday

Debris Pick-up: Thursdays

Bulk Pick-up Day: Thursday (make sure to have items beside the road No Later Than 6:00 am).
**Debris includes but is not limited to (leaves, branches, pinecones, etc). All debris must be placed in a bag or appropriate trash container.

Remington Homeowner's Dues are paid Annually. Dues can be paid by Zelle (remingtonhoa21@gmail.com), mailed, or placed in the secure mailbox at: (6780 Foxberry Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28314). The secure mailbox is located in the Cul De Sac near the park.
